Ability B4 Disability

	Ability B4 Disability is a user led service working with and for adults with a Learning Disability and or Autism.
	This service will give you the opportunity to meet people, and make new friends, you will also have the opportunity to develop real life skills attend training events and share issues and have a voice in your local community.
	AB4D offers a mixture of meeting face to face, and virtual groups and meetings for people with learning disabilities to take part in.
